Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Ridgewood, New York.

Your order will dispatch within 5-7 business days. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner.

Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.

 

Shipment Pricing

All shipments are weight based and will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Policies

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience delays and we have no control over these delays.

 

Taxes & Duties

New York State residents will be charged 4% State Tax, in addition to a County Tax based on the county in which you reside.

 

Returns & Exchanges

SilentZ Knits accepts returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise, for store credit or exchange only, within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All items that are returned for exchange or store credit must have their original tags and packaging.

We hold the right to deny exchange or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
